How we work

We measure first, then we put things in order.

Every business leaks in a different place, and a system built before anyone has looked is a guess. So the system comes last.

The three steps

  1. We watch the work

First a conversation with you: what is slow, what has gone wrong, and what made you look now. Then time with whoever does the work, following real jobs from the first message to the payment.

What comes out of it: where the work is lost, measured in your own business.
  2. You get it in writing

One page: what we found, what we would put in, the price and the finish line. Nothing is built until you have read it and said yes.

If what we found does not need a system, the page says so.
  3. We build it and look after it

It goes in beside what you already use and proves itself on real work before anything old is switched off. Then it is looked after every month by the people who built it.

You deal with the same people from the first conversation to the monthly check.

What goes in depends on what we find.

  • Software we write for you

When nothing on the market fits the way you work. On a build of your own, the code and the data are yours.

    Custom builds
  • AI inside the tools you already use

For the routine part of the work: sorting what comes in, summarising it and drafting the reply, with a person deciding what is sent.

    Where AI fits
  • One of our own products

Where we have already built what you need, set up around your business and looked after.

    Our products

And sometimes nothing. If a change to how the work is done fixes it, we say so, and nothing gets built.

The terms, before you ask.

The full version is on About, under how we contract.

  • Scope and price in writing before anything is built
  • On a build of your own, the code and the data are yours
  • Client names stay private unless you say otherwise
  • If a system is not the answer, we say so

Tell us what is slow.

We will tell you whether a system is the answer, and if it is not, we will say so.

We reply within one working day.
