Orders on your own WhatsApp number, straight to the till.
When orders arrive by phone, on WhatsApp, at the counter and through the apps, the kitchen works from whichever it saw last. nazm takes the WhatsApp ones on the number you already give out, puts them on one screen by the till, and tells the customer what is happening.

nazmOrders arrive on the WhatsApp number the shop already gives out.
The customer messages the shop, gets a link to today’s menu, orders and gives a name. The order appears by the till, and staff accept it, refuse it with a reason, or mark it ready. The shop keeps its own number, its own name and its own customers.
Built and running on our test servers. First shop in setup.
What nazm does not do
The limits, written down.
- No app
Nothing for the customer to install, and no account to create.
- No payment
No payment inside WhatsApp. Orders are for collection and paid at the shop.
- No marketing
A shop can ask a customer to opt in to its own offers, and nothing is sent to anyone who has not.
- No list of our own
A customer who orders from a shop belongs to that shop, and we never use them for another shop.
