by Nezaam. Enquiries for practices, clinics and local services

Every enquiry in one place, and nothing left unanswered.

Phone messages, website forms, email and social media on one list, with who has each one and what happened. Anything left too long comes back to the top.

Taking first clients in Greater Manchester.

An example list. The names are made up.

Five ways in, and no one place they land.

A customer can reach you by phone, through the form on your website, by email, on social media, or by walking in. Each one ends up somewhere different, so whether an enquiry turns into work depends on who picked it up and how busy the day was.

With no single list, nobody can see what is still waiting for an answer.

  • Phone call lands with the diary
  • Website form lands with a sticky note
  • Email lands with someone’s inbox
  • Social media lands with nobody gone
  • Walk-in lands with nobody gone
Where enquiries usually end up when there is no single list.

See it working

One enquiry, from the form to booked.

It arrives, the sender is told it arrived, somebody takes it, it is answered, and it is booked. Meanwhile anything left waiting too long rises to the top.

An example: one enquiry, from the form on a website to booked. The names are made up.

In the example, Sam sends a message through the form on the website. It goes to the top of the enquiry list, and an automatic text tells Sam it arrived, with a reference number. Jo takes it, replies with a time, and it is marked booked when Sam says yes. Meanwhile a message from Kerry that has waited 41 minutes rises to the top of the list, and Amir takes it.

What it does

What we put in.

  1. 1

    One place every enquiry lands

Phone messages, website forms, email and social media, on a single list that shows who is dealing with each one and what happened.

  2. 2

    Nothing sits unanswered

Anything not dealt with comes back up the list, instead of disappearing into a busy day.

  3. 3

The website and email that feed it

Built so the form on your website actually arrives, and set up so nobody can send email in your name.

  4. 4

    One page a month

How many enquiries came in, how many were answered and how many were booked, in plain English.

What it does not do. It does not replace the software you already run your business on. It sits in front of it, on the part where somebody is still deciding whether to become your customer.

Where it stands and what it costs

Where it stands

Taking first clients in Greater Manchester.

Set up with each business before it goes live, around the way enquiries reach you today. Run a dental practice? See it for a practice.

What it costs

A fixed price in writing, before anything is set up.

It depends on the size of the business and how enquiries reach you. A setup fee, then a monthly fee for running and looking after it.

Questions.

Something else? Ask us at hello@nezaam.co.uk.

Do we have to change the software we already use?

No. Your booking, practice or accounts software stays as it is. The enquiry list sits in front of it and only holds people who have not yet become customers.

What happens to phone calls?

Calls reach you exactly as they do now. A message left on the phone goes on the same list as everything else, so somebody rings back.

Who owns the website and the email?

You do. They are set up in your name, and if you move elsewhere we hand everything over. The enquiry list runs on our system, and everything in it is yours to export at any time. We tell you which is which before you pay.

What happens to the personal details in an enquiry?

An enquiry holds a name, a way to reply and what was asked. We handle it on your behalf under a data processing agreement, signed before anything goes live, and we never use it for anything of our own.

Tell us how enquiries reach you today.

We will tell you where they are getting lost, and whether any of this is worth doing for you. If it is not, we will say so.

We reply within one working day.
