Scope and price before anything is built
You get the scope, the price and the finish line in writing before work starts.

You own what we build for you
On a build of your own, the code, the data and the accounts are yours on final payment, and we hand them over if you move elsewhere. Where you use one of our own products instead, such as nazm, you are paying to use it and your data is still yours to export. We tell you which of the two you are buying before you pay.

Agency clients stay with the agency
Where we deliver through an agency, the client stays theirs, and we sign that before the work starts.

Client names stay private
We do not publish client names, findings or screenshots without written permission.
Who you deal with.
The person who scopes your project builds it. If a job needs a specialist we do not have, we tell you before we bring one in, and they work under our contract.
